By becoming a member with us you can now enjoy a discount with SUPADANCE shoes, once you have completed the form below you will be given a unique membership code, This will act as your username and can also be used when purchasing Supadance merchandise to claim your discount. You will soon be issued with a membership card.
Once your membership has been approved you can update your user details at anytime if they change.
