Diamonds we really want to say a great BIG thank you!
We recently held our daughters 7th birthday party at the Diamonds studio in Aldershot. To say it was a roaring success is an understatement! The party was hosted by 2 'dance leaders' who completely understood how young children work (we had 30 children)! This enabled each child to have the confidence to join in learning a 'dance routine' and the confidence to put on a 'show' for the parents at the end of the party (even the boys, who it's fair to say were very hesitant at the thought of dancing with girls!). This was all done in lovely air conditioned surroundings.
After much fun, dancing and party games it was time for the masses to be fed, so upstairs they went to be fed by Moira, who I wish would come and cook in our house every day! The table was beautifully laid out in bright party colours and birthday girl balloons. Then we get to the food, which was brilliant, forget dried up value loaves, this was fresh crusty bread with a choice of fillings, choice of hot foods, crisps (no disappointed children here!) and cakes for pudding each with our daughters initial on, which was a really lovely touch!
All this time the parents were not to be forgotten. Diamonds has a fabulous facility upstairs where teas, coffees, beers, wines and soft drinks can be served to parents whilst the party is taking place (you can choose to treat the parents and add the cost of these to your bill). There is a lovely seating area with a huge plasma TV where the unsuspecting party guests can be kept an eye on by parents, which was very useful in giving the younger guests a real sense of independence!
At the end of the party all the children happily put on their show to the parents, receiving a riotous round of applause and shouts for more! So, very happy to oblige the show was performed one last time with smiles all round! To finish the party each child not only received the obligatory party bag (supplied by us), but also a certificate from Diamonds in recognition of their efforts, and the show that they entertained us with!
In the past we have had parties in various locations from, church halls, soft play areas, gymnasiums not forgetting home of course! Hand on heart though, this has been the most constructive, best value party we have ever had! The parents were well catered for, the children had an absolute blast (whilst learning in a fun way!), and all for less than the cost of a sweaty soft play centre.
And the best bit......we had no washing up to do and got to eat the yummy sandwiches the kids left behind in favour of cake!

A big thank you to Moira, Rosie and Rachel for organising a brilliant party for Lola-mae’s 4th Birthday. She had a great time dancing with her friends to Disney music, I was amazed at how the girls kept the attention of 27 3 and 4yr olds for so long, they were fabulous. Food was lovely and lots of it…..but no leftovers !!
We had lots of comments on what a great venue and perfect that parents could be out of the way but still see their children having fun.

Once again another big thank you to Moira, Rachel and Fran for doing a great job with Elena’s JLS themed Street Dance party, all the kids had a great time and the chocolate fountain will never be forgotten!!
This was the 2nd party we have had in a matter of weeks, food was again of a high standard and comments by parents were complimentary and great value for money.
